Neneh was the soundtrack to many people’s youth, and, after two decades, she has just released her long awaited solo album “Blank Project”, and will be gracing the

Field Day stagewith the excellent live backing of RocketNumberNine.

Also on board are Filipino boy wonder Eyedress, West London’s Hip-Popper Only Real, minimal indie pop quartet Arthur Beatrice, with their brilliantly received debut ‘Working Out’ and 18-year-old singer/producer Jamie Isaac, who will bring the delicate textures of his infectious electronic production to Victoria Park.

New Acts Confirmed For
Field Day Sunday 8th June:

Childhood / Drenge / Shy Nature

Telegram / The Bohicas

We are delighted to announce new additions to the Field Day Sunday 8th June line up, which so far includes seminal band Pixies headlining their only London show in 2014, as well as The Horrors, Temples and Pond!

Joining the latest addition, the brilliant grunge brothers Drenge and London rockers Childhood and psychedelic band Telegram, who will bring their kraut beat with a dash of glam to Field Day. Also confirmed are Domino’s latest signing The Bohicas with their ambitious and arresting rock’n roll as well as new guitar band Shy Nature. More exciting news coming very soon.

Field Day founder Tom Baker on the new additions:

“I’m really pleased to add another wave of acts to Field Day; Jamie xx has been a Field Day favourite over the years, he played back in 2011, and some of you might remember an early afternoon, small stage set with The xx back in 2009 before they shot to fame. Its also brilliant to have the legendary Neneh Cherry back with her first album in 18 years alongside the fantastic RocketNumberNine, and of course the likes of Telegram, Drenge, Childhood and The Bohicas are some of the exciting additions to the already excellent Field Day Sunday alongside Pixies only London show of 2014!”
