London based The Apostates is an alternative punk rock band formed in 2006 that’s played to over 400 live shows. It comprises Adam Stone (vocalist and guitarist), Steve Reynolds (bassist) and Mike Saminaden (drummer).

Wide Eyed and Determined, their debut album, is released on December 10th, 2012 on the Wolves of Suburbia label. It was produced at Middle Farm Studios by James Bragg and Pete Miles.

Adam’s clean, distinctive vocals are very English and sound warm and pleasant. His lyrics tell tales about struggle, trouble and survival. Fans probably love what they see as a determined, dedicated and hard working indie band that sounds genuine and has a clear vision. They’re impressed by the fun, humour and catchiness of the songs. The Apostates have developed an individual and idiosyncratic style, but some critics may feel they’re too clean and polished with some of the raw anger and rough edges removed.
