Stoke-On-Trent classic rock metal band Blue Origin have been playing live for eight years. They also have distinctive blues influences and are inspired by Motley Crue, Dream Theater, Black Stone Cherry and Led Zeppelin.

Their fine five piece comprises Nick Pilgrim (vocals), Tom Eivers (drums), Josh Sutton (guitar) , Mike Hawkings (guitar) and Danny Higgins (bass).
Somnium, their confident and exciting debut album released on 10th December, 2012 on the Animal Farm label, is the result of a period of dedicated recording and song writing.

Blue Origin has interesting ideas and a flair for drama and energy. Their heavy numbers have fiery, catchy riffs and a great deal of melody. These are tightly played songs that are powerful, polished and well constructed.
