Dull Spark is a light rock single by Meursault. The vocals are varied in their usage, generally within the tenor range, though it often peaks with a stressed tone that adds a nice touch to the tracks. The first track is more lively compared to the second which is a bit more relaxed and gentle. The instrumental is upbeat and has many interesting motifs that provide melodic interest throughout both tracks. This single is easy to listen to and is something that could easily just be put on, whether on its own or in a shuffle mix.
