Purple Ferdinand is a 23-year-old singer/songwriter hailing from East London who combines her sweet vocals with her ukulele, matched with poetic and heartfelt words, this nostalgic soulstress explores an elegant folk avenue on the acoustic version of her promo single, ‘Beautiful Anomaly’.

Purple Ferdinand treats us to a brand new visual for her debut promo track ‘ Beautiful Anomaly,’ The latest offering from the rising star showcases different sides of her personality and a stunning solo performance with her playing the Ukulele.

Currently unsigned, she has gained support and interest from major platforms such as MTV UK , Wonderland, Roc 4 Life and Soul Culture , as well as artists like Lianne La Havas, Ghostpoet and Ministry Of Sound/Level Entertainment’s new soul boy, Daley. The rising star has gained significant radio support from BBC Radio 1Xtra DJs Ronnie Herel and DJ Target.

Purple Ferdinand was also chosen as one of RWD Magazine’s top 12 artists to watch out for in 2012 – other artists in the list included Emeli Sande, Jessie Ware and Azealia Banks.

Not only is she leaving a mark on those that hear her voice, but she is also a well- known tattooist and has inked-up the platinum-selling Ed Sheeran and SB.TV‘s Jamal Edwards, to just name few
