Debut AA-Side Single released 2nd July 2012
From the exciting and ever burgeoning music scene in Brighton, comes Lovepark, a band referencing classic English indie sounds, as well as the dreamy guitar pop coming from Brooklyn, NY in recent years.
LOVEPARK are 4 young guys on the way up after their first plays on Radio 1 (Jen Long) and a UK TV debut on this year’s Channel 4’s Great Escape Festival recap. After playing together for some years Lovepark’s Kamran, Hass, George & Aramis have now honed the sound of the Lovepark debut album; a sound encapsulated in their debut aa-side single.
Mixing intricate rhythmic guitars with grove led beats and shimmering vocals, Lovepark recorded with Charlie Andrew (Alt-J) and Sean Woodlock in London, who have helped to create the flawless summer jam single.
Limited to a run of 500 hand numbered purple 7” vinyls, Lovepark’s debut aa-single ‘How Do I See?’/Shudder’ will be released on 2nd July 2012. With a launch party in honour of the single being hosted by Jen Long/Simply Rad at the Queen of Hoxton on the 4th July.
