Currently on tour with We Are Augustines, My Goodness release new single, C’mon Doll. The single is a gritty blues tune with enough distorted rock’n’roll riff to destroy your grandmother’s hearing aid. It’s got a great rhythm to it, the explosive drums rattling throughout the song keeping your head nodding along. The vocals have a wonderful blues tinge to them against the howling guitar.

The B-side, Lost in the Soul is a distinct change in tone, with softly picked guitars and gentle vocals. The song still has a blues rock feel to it but with a more intimate sound. It’s a lovely contrast to the single. Both songs together show the range of My Goodness and I like what I hear. The vocals in both songs are passionate and melodic and there is a nice range of guitar style through both songs. A lovely fusion of rock and blues.
