Elsie is a promising contender in the already busy music world of independent female 20-somethings. Our Liverpudlian ladette seemingly channels Blondie in this quirky piece of guitar-driven power pop.
‘Time To Go’ is the story of a short-lived rocky relationship during an alcohol-fuelled weeknight as told from the perspective of an alpha-female. I’m sure that won’t have you rushing to YouTube but this is irresistibly enjoyable and unlike her counterparts, a pleasing listen for both genders.

Time To Go is out on Monday 14th May.
