FOUND showcases a huge night of house and techno with Clone Records
FOUND has pulled together two of the most forward-thinking and prevalent promoters in the electronic scene, Trix and Streets of Beige, to bring smoking hot house and techno talent from Clone Records very own sub-labels, Royal Oak and Basement Series to the fore.
Representing Royal Oak is Gerd, who with an intimate ear for sound design and a daring sense for boogie and swing, will be heading up with a two hour set of back-to-back house bangers. Serge, label-head with an encyclopaedic knowledge of house and techno, his selections will be vast, varied and big. Finally, Genius of Time, whose productions such as ‘Same Old Place’ became a staple to any self-respecting House DJ’s set, will ensure the dancefloor is more than just lively.
The Basement Series’ will be bringing some of the hot house and techno contemporaries which currently grace its roster. Currently making waves is Dexter, whose first EP on the label cemented his place as deep tech stalwart in the London scene. Untold has carved himself a niche by crafting a unique and genre-defying style clearly influenced from a breadth of sounds. Finally, the undeniably talented Conforce, whose style switches from dark and broody Chicago house to lighter moods of electro epics. He will demonstrate why he is currently Clone’s most talked about producer.
This night will be a showcase of all that is currently massive in the London house and techno scenes!
It’s the careful music programming, and dynamic collaborations that have earned FOUND a place in the hearts of young clubbers. Having championed the deeper side, FOUND sets out to explore the most intriguing and exciting club sounds, with a focus this time on the evolution of house music and the new techno movements. Five more events will follow this one, and the lineups are simply huge.
