After a two year absence Bloc Party are excited to announce their live return to the UK with three intimate shows ahead of a busy summer of festival appearances. These performances will be the first chance fans will get to check out new material from their forthcoming album as well as those more familiar tracks from the band’s 10 year history!

Kele messaged Bloc Party fans this morning: “Hello internet, I know it’s been a long two and half years since bloc party last performed in the UK. Well it seems that wait is over, we are happy to announce a short run of intimate shows for our friends in the UK and our friends in the US. We will be playing choice cuts from our new record as well as some more familiar jams. We hope to see you soon.”

The London four-piece recently announced their signing to Frenchkiss Records while they’re work in the studio on their new album.
