It seems like there’s no stopping The Electric Modern on their quest to prove to the world that guitar led indie is alive. After a hugely successful campaign with their debut EP ‘Motives’, which has scored them an ever increasing fan base and critical praise as well as the perfect platform to create even more blistering anthems to unleash on the UK and beyond this summer. The next mission the guys have undertaken is offer a brand new track ‘Dances with You’, which is a complete DIY project, to a whole host of listeners, new and old. Adam Sullivan (guitar/synth/vocals) states that “I am a sound engineer and mix on a daily basis, both myself and Dean (who are also keen producers) have spent our time working on this solidly”.
This doesn’t seem to be the end of The Electric Modern’s ambitions for the coming months. They have also been working solidly on 6 new songs, which are nearly ready to be recorded, either at Adam’s home studio, or at a more professional venue.
The Electric Modern will be playing at the following dates:
30th March – Camden Enterprise
3rd April – Four Kings, Acoustic Show
10th April – Ruby Lounge Manchester
25th April – Surya Kings X
14th June – Bedford Esquires
