The Colour Movement – Future Man

| On 02, Apr 2012

The Colour Movement are a four-piece group hailing from London. They have two EP’s to their name, after having changed their name from Caimbo to The Colour Movement in 2010 they are continuing to tour and spread their fanbase in the UK. They got the opportunity to participate in by Sky 1’s Gadget Geeks which has no doubt allowed their music to reach a broader demographic of potential pop-rock fans.
“Future Man” is a very radio friendly track, coming in at just over 3 minutes it balances the pop-rock genres perfectly. With a catchy chorus and yet enough guitars and rock attitude to give it an edge, it should serve to get this band more media attention and undoubtedly more listeners. The song has a futuristic vibe with a few interesting production techniques and sounds giving the song a few unexpected twists.
You can stream “Future man” and an additional track “Roots” now on SoundCloud before the official release. If you like what you hear, you are in luck as The Colour Movement are currently recording their debut album at Headline Music Studios and plan to bring their new music on tour around the UK and Europe.
