Melodic Metal meeting into death metal with great drum sequences as heard on the track ‘Rise of the Phoenix’. The finger tipping on this album is superb and a must for any wannabe be guitarist to listen to. They can write epic sounding songs like they do with ‘Throne of Ice’ which starts of slow with chugging of guitars and monotonous tones then speeds up into a fast complexed riff bedded song and then has a guitar solo that gets stuck in your head.

I have not really heard much about this band myself but this is a really good album of memorable songs but a few at the end seems a bit samey after an awesome start at the beginning. I would not put it on my to buy list but I would borrow and listen to it off a friend.
