Song Of Return are a Glasgow alternative post-rock quintet once known as Union Of Knives. It comprises: Craig Grant (Vox/Guitar), Louis Abbott (Vox/Guitar), Davie Reekie (Bass), Pete Kelly (Drums) and Alex McNutt (Programming/Keys).

Song Of Return’s new EP Trajectory will be released on 12^th December, 2011 on  Kittiwake Records.

 

To enthusiasts this will mean more experimental music from an amazing band which creates moody and unsettling sounds. They’re regarded as exceptionally good, powerful and individualistic.

 

To others the EP will represent erratic, mediocre and incohesive sounds, with potentially interesting light and shade vocals being suffocated by unwelcome noises.
