British singer/songwriter Bobbie Gordon has performed with The Noisettes, Adele, Cee-Lo Kele and Skepta and has been compared with Lily Allen and Shingai Shinowa.

 

Her praised 5 track solo EP Matters Of The Heart is released on November 14^th, 2011. It was recorded at the legendary Sarm Studios, previously used by artists like Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull and Prodigy.

 

Better might be extremely successful as a funky and fresh song about personal ambition. Fallen From Grace, with a good string section complementing the melodic chorus, is an intimate folk ballad about the sadness of a lost relationship, regretted but still cherished.

 

Her soulful tones have led her to similarities with Corrine Bailey Rae, Minnie Riperton, Neneh Cherry and Joan Armatrading.  This EP will be eagerly awaited by those who love her vibrant and infectious style.
