Bedfordshire based Chris Corney releases Fourth Studio Album
I was only going to give the album 4 stars but to be honest I can’t fault it, I tried to, but no, it deserves the full 5 stars, it’s that good, buy, buy, buy!… Maverick Magazine (‘Sans Everything’ review)
A vocal delivery that’s seeped in rich pathos and sweet lament… OVL Magazine (‘Sans Everything’ review)

Singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Chris Corney releases ‘Airways
Mansions’, his fourth studio album, on Monday 17th October.
As well as writing and recording his own material, Bedfordshire based Chris Corney has been working tirelessly over the past few years as a sought-after producer and has produced and recorded music for The Quireboys, Joe Elliott (Def Leppard), Tracie Hunter, S1 Songs of Nashville, Dave Burn (Ahab) and The Whybirds.
This year Chris has also found time to play bass for The Quireboys, one of the best live rock acts on the circuit, on their UK and European tours. He also augmented them onstage during their 2010 acoustic tour of the UK, playing dobro, mandolin and lap steel.
“Chris Corney seems capable of playing every stringed instrument known to man”….
Classic Rock
Chris’ own material is a blend of sweet melody and Powerpop and it continually receives glowing reviews.
‘America’ the first single to be taken from the album was awarded 5 starts by Music-news.com and was made ‘Top Review’ on the day of its release. “An honest and bittersweet slice of Americana-inspired country-pop-rock dominated by melodious vocals and distinctive riff-work – all held together by a harmonious arrangement that makes you want to listen to the song over and over again.”
