French trio Underground Railroad is back with 8 Millimeters, another single from critically acclaimed third album White Night Stand.
Including an acoustic version of Pick The Ghost, a success of 2009, 8 Millimeters encapsulates the psychedelic escapes in a framework of heavy guitars a la Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.
8 Millimeters stars with a pace that reminds Depeche Mode’s Personal Jesus and peaks through choruses as Tame Impala at their best, while a dystonic background projects us to the lysergic hyperspace of Velvet Underground.
