NOVAK 3D Disco announce full October UK tour

From 10th October NOVAK 3D Disco take their unique, innovative and fully immersive three dimensional audiovisual extravaganza on the road for a headline UK tour. Having worked lovingly on a brand new set, these promise to be their most spectacular and unmissable shows to date.
Expect to hear dancefloor killers from Major Lazer, MJ Cole, Laurent Garnier, Herve, Sebastian Tellier, Hot City, Jackbeats, Zinc and more, delivered in perfect synchronization with their stunning, high definition 3D video, creating a technicolour, seeing-is-believing fantasy world.
With a blend of high-definition 3D video, their trademark future-retro visual influences, plus classic and cutting edge club music, thousands of clubbers have donned iconic blue and red glasses and blown their minds whilst having an absolute, memorable ball. Here’s just a taste of the fun to be had.
In a short space of time, having literally added an extra dimension to the clubbing and live music experience, NOVAK 3D Disco has become a worldwide hit which has been performed in over twenty countries including China, Australia and Israel.
They did a tour of Canada taking place across six time zones in ten days and threw the first 3D parties in India – comprising a four city tour to promote Disney film ‘Tron 3D’.
NOVAK 3D Disco have performed at Glastonbury Dance Village for three years running, plus they’ve done their thing at leading festivals including Sziget (Hungary), Oxygen (Ireland), Big Chill (UK), One Love (Turkey) and EXIT (Serbia). In addition they’ve added their magic to the British Snowboarding Championships in Laxx, the Crashed Ice and Extreme Skating event in Quebec, The O2 in Greenwich and the Ministry Of Sound.
If all that wasn’t enough, they provided the visuals for huge free gigs in Trafalgar square for Calvin Harris and The Chemical Brothers, plus NOVAK created the visuals for dubstep giants Magnetic Man’s live show.
NOVAK collective are the creators of 3D Disco. They have been deeply immersed in DJ, VJ, AV and general electronic music culture for over fifteen years. The names they’ve performed or worked with is a veritable who’s who of major players: Ritchie Hawtin, Numbers, Modeselektor, Goldie, Aphex Twin, James Blake, Matias Aguayo, Kraftwerk, Benga, DJ Yoda, Addictive TV, Hexstatic, Pfadfinderei, Yourcodenameis:milo, Coldcut, Nitin Sawhney, plus orchestras, conductors and composers. As Preamptive they were also awarded the MTV/TDK VJ competition.
Taking their name from one of Alfred Hitchcock’s leading ladies, NOVAK is an innovative production house based in Newcastle, UK combining five professional and diversely skilled digital artists. They work as producers, curators, promoters and designers on projects including design, installations, events, motion graphics, videography, photography, video mapping and live AV performance.
