New Town Kings are a 9 piece Ska/Reggae band from Essex.
Since 2006 New Town Kings have been rocking venues and festivals across the UK and Europe with their own brand of Ska, Rock-steady and Reggae. In 2007 the band exploded on the the music scene when they won the grand final of O’Neill’s Undiscovered Live competition hosted by Radio 1’s Colin Murray at the Islington Academy. Colin Murray said on the night ‘New Town Kings were great live, they were the best audience pleasers and are made to play live gigs’

The new album, M.O.J.O. will be released by Bomber Music in the UK. New Town Kings head out on a rare UK tour this summer as well as hitting festivals 2000 Trees, Guilfest, One Love, Boomtown Fair, Brownstock and more. They then head back to Europe for a comprehensive tour in October , when the album will be released by Rockin Steady in Germany.
