Not content with his own work with Razorlight, We are Scientists & his new group I Am Arrows, Andy Burrows returns to the music scene with his own single If I Had a Heart.

Combining his love of electronica alongside his better known Indie work, this is the first post-Razorlight track from Burrows that sounds like he is on top form.  The track itself comprises of slow paced acoustic guitar interspliced with electronica, which differs from I am Arrows where the electronic side of his music dominates (and ruins) everything.

Andy Burrow has come a long way with this song, a simplistic and more minimalist approach works wonders and the end result is that If I Had A Heart is a massive improvement on his previous work.  Despite his achievements with this track, Andy is still a million miles away from creating a track as good as Razorlight were at their peak and it’ll need a vast improvement over the coming months to see him ditch the  ‘That Razorlight guy’ tag.
