TREMORO TARANTURA // VAYYNS from Tremoro Tarantura on Vimeo.
Ranging from orchestral extravaganzas to short death escapades, Tremoro Tarantura explores its own limits between the ugly and the beautiful, constantly verging on the edge of disaster. They shake hands with imperfection, but somehow manage to keep a strong melody which guides the listener through the eclectic romanticism, and into the light.
Norwegian Tremoro Tarantura came to life October 2010, and released its first LP titiled “Virtulipan Collapseecon” only a few weeks later, followed up by the infamous “Escapadarius Thrashcant” 7-inch March 2011.
The band is known by refusing working in studio environment and has a strict policy of capturing their creative outbursts on obscure locations, including everything from haunted buildings to churches. Music of Tremoro Tarantura should be considered as field-recordings, and nothing else.
Drawing inspiration from Ac/Dc and Penderecki, to Teo Macero and Gainsbourg, the band has managed to create a sound which often goes beyond common sense, rewarding the ears of the patient and ignoring the possibility of complete hearing loss as a result of inhuman volumes.
This is Tremoro Tarantura`s first single from upcoming mini-album entitled “Avaleeches“. The release will feature guest appearances from Zweizz, Stian Skagen(Concept.Virus, Årabrot) and Andreas Larssen(Deathcrush), among others.
Mastered by Jaime Gomez Arellano(Ulver, Ghost, Æthenor) at Orgone Studioes in London.
Out early 2012 through Circusia Recordings.
