Matte Dibble – Daytime TV

Here is an album I’m sure you won’t lose the chance to listen:
Daytime TV, a Matt Dibble creation, is a motley ensemble of different types, from funk to rock going through jazz, every track has is own state of mind and a different story to tell, such as Ballad For No One, (which I hope that now has an addressee) or the song that gives the title to the album, Daytime TV, in my opinion the perfect roadtrip song. The thing is that it’s like you’re listening to a parade of different feelings, melancholy, hope, frustration, desperation, happiness, apathy and so on, so that it seems like a recorder “audiolife”, and to remaining coherent to this statement of mine, I agree with the fact that every moment we live in our lives should be scored with a special music type, so if I’m sad I want a blues soundtrack, if I’m in an apathy mood, a funky one….wouldn’t you like it to?
I suggest you listen to it, first paying attention to the instrumental part and then to the lyrics; after that, tell me if I’m right or wrong.
