The singer-songwriter has sent the following message to her fans:
Hello lovely people
So here is the last email for this Thursday – 1st sept at The Union Chapel.
I will be joined on stage by my wonderful band: Jay on guitar, Jo on cello, Robbo on bass, John on drums plus… Andrew balkwill on piano, and backing vocals from Russell Swallow, Val and Zoe Wang.
I really wanted to try and have as many of the musical elements of my albums present for the Chapel. However given the number of backing vocals this has been a mission but, this beautiful choir of voices have met the challenge and really brought the tracks alive with their layers of harmony and brought a huge smile to my face and heart.
So basic info….
Doors are at seven
Jake Bugg is opening the night at 8pm sharp. Jake is a wonderful troubadour from the north who has recently emerged and inspired the hard nosed cynical musical world to stop and listen. So I urge you to arrive early to hear him.
I will be starting at 8.30pm with my nine musical compadres!

P.s for all of you who replied to my story about the Caterpillar.. my friend Pete returned to the site where I had been on retreat and sought out my caterpillar – to discover she had crawled from her cocoon into the wild world…
