Dundee, Scotland band Make Sparks has three members: Craig Parker (guitar & vocals), Bobby Garland (bass & vocals) and Adam Parker (drums & vocals). They’re a bit like fellow Scot-rockers Biffy Clyro.

Your Heart’s on Fire, their new single, is a classic tale about the eagerness to break away from a mundane life and the yearning for something extraordinary and adventurous. It has energetic, passionate vocals and a catchy indie riff.

 

Apollo! Apollo! , the b-side to the single Your Heart’s on Fire is another lively alternative rock song with heavy guitars & drums.

An autumn seven date Scottish tour accompanies their single release on 5th September through Mountain Halo Records. It begins at Kircaldy on 2^nd and ends at Dundee on 10^th. Their debut album is planned for 2012.
