This year at Outfest 2011, HI FASHION premiered the new music video for their track “SONIC BOOM” at the REDCAT Theater in Downtown Los Angeles. The video, directed by Mak, boasts bright colors, energetic dancing, and includes a face-off between a dancing zebra and a retro chaise chair come to life.
Additionally, the duo’s infectious pop track “I’m Not Madonna” was recently featured on an episode of the YouTube comedy series The Chloe Shorts, performed by Drew Droege and directed by Jim Hansen.
LOVETAGS FOR CHARITY
HI FASHION is currently promoting their first charity fundraising effort LOVETAGS, which benefit the organization GOD’S LOVE WE DELIVER. Inspired by the work lead singer Jen DM did with the organization when she lived in New York City, the group decided to create a grassroots fundraising effort in which 100% of the profits would go directly to a charitable cause.
The mission of GOD’S LOVE WE DELIVER is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. They prepare and deliver meals to sick patients and provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling.
LOVETAGS are being sold for on HI FASHION’s Official Website for $20, which includes shipping and handling in the continental United States.
