RAZIKA Replaces Sondre Lerche on JA JA JA’s September Bill

RAZIKA is the perfect accompaniment to the energetic ‘80s electronic and eclectic tropical pop offered by Sykur and LCMDF respectively. Their album ‘Program 91’ promises to ‘instantly recall your favorite summer. Your first kiss. The first time you snuck out of the house’ with it’s exhilarating mix of ska, Riot Grrl, ‘60s girl groups, post-punk and upbeat, C86 pop that had the NME hail it as “near perfect” 8/10 while The Stool Pigeon glowed that “this is music imbued with wonderment and freedom” and across the pond The Fader welcomed the band with open arms; “we need great pop rock like this.”

Made up of four Norwegian 19-years-old girls who take the Riot Girl ethos and the post-punk energy and give it a sunnier, poppier make-over, their live set promises to be one BIG summer dance party. A perfect way to celebrate the return of London’s finest club night, JA JA JA.
