NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC PREMIERES VIDEO FOR BON IVER’S ‘HOLOCENE’
National Geographic is premiering the stunning video for Bon Iver’s ‘Holocene’. Directed by Nabil Elderkin, the video was shot against the dramatic mountain ranges and vast flatlands of Iceland, with the landscape’s singular beauty providing a stirring complement to the song.

“That place is the most magical place in the world, it looked like Mars to me, so I always wanted to shoot there,” says Elderkin of the video’s location. “When Bon Iver gave me the reign’s on this video, I knew it had to be filmed there.”
The 12” physical format of ‘Holocene’ is released on 5 September and the band will be in the UK for a full tour beginning on 19 October. Please note that all UK dates are SOLD OUT.
