“Music from the diverse to the dancefloor”
The first 5 track compilation WW 1.0 is the debut release for dance music label WW Music on 5th September 2011.
WW MUSIC
WW is a Dalston based record/production company that focuses on releasing a distinctive and unique brand of music. The East London label was set up by Guy Wood and Jo Wills, who as well as produce and compose music for other artists, write and perform their own material under various incarnations. WW create good music, not defined by genres, but still accessible to the discerning ear.
WW 1.0, consists of five diverse electronic pieces of work, inherently original and produced to the finest detail. The WW Music release schedule though-out 2011 and 201, is aimed to put the most cutting edge and forward thinking music out there. The WW 1.0. compilation is just a taster of what’s to come…
The compilation is set for release on 5th September 2011 and includes artists:
Wampa
A throng of sultry rhythms and seductive bass, that lures you into a transcendental state of subordination. All of a sudden stripping down to a tribal orgy, throwing the dance floor into a melee of sweating bodies.
Royce Rolls
Royce Rolls has created a new brand of bass-fueled dancefloor sounds with influences from early Dub to 90s Jungle and Speed Garage through to the latest Soundsystem vibes from around the world. Matched with varied production techniques like gritty sample-heavy chops to euphoric synth breakdowns, his sound is hard to pin down.
I.R.O.K.
I.R.O.K. make psychotropic Afro-punk. They are into heroism.

Old Man Diode
Old Man Diode is a project of broodingly atmospheric and tentatively uplifting electronica, with roots in dubstep, garage, drum & bass and soul, yet remains uninfluenced by the boundaries of genre. Deep, undulating basslines are shaped and moulded by pulsing electro synth nuances, while modern dance influences are built upon with novel electro techniques.
Deathray Trebuchay
Having being bigged up by Lady Gaga for their semi-naked antics @ Glastonbury 2009, these 6 men from East London have turned over venues around Europe from Bacardi parties in Berlin to supporting Fabio and Grooverider in the depths of Wales. A death jazz punk band of uncompromising qualities, their energy on stage is like a vodka shot to the brain.
