G.U.Medicine open up the night. A mass of noise drive sludge metal with a glasses wearing goon, produce a set that leaves me running for the exits, well the smoking area…

Slaves to Gravity follow up – who needs sleeping pills when you can just watch this band ? How can a band with so much promise get so dull just by changing name and guitarist?

They will be stuck in pubs for years to come.

Finally, Buckcherry take the stage. I love Buckcherry as a support band but as a main
band I think the set goes on a little too long. This said, with songs like Lit UpRescue Me and Crazy Bitchthey produce a good sing-a-Long for all the members of the crowd and Josh Todd is a real superstar strutting his stuff like a young Steven Tyler. If you love your old time classic rock, Buckcherry are the band for you and if you want to take your girlfriend “Eg your Crazy Bitch!” I think your luck would be in after the show.
