Just when it was beginning to seem that 2011 wasn’t going to be the year for exciting acts and fresh new sounds that I had been hoping for, I Am In Love’s debut single I Want You was placed in front of me and, after just one listen, they had me hooked.

With an original mix comprising of electro synth, catchy lyrics and riffs that will pummel your mind for hours, I am in Love have produced a hypnotizing sound that is impossible to resist. Having established a perfect balance between the influences of 80s electro and the drive of contemporary pop, the band’s edgy sound has secured a hype around them that is thoroughly deserved.

Undoubtedly one of the most promising acts I have heard this year, I Want You will whet listeners musical appetites, as this most satisfying release will leave them craving more.
