ADDITIONS / STAGE BILLINGS
The final band additions to this years Slam Dunk Festival have been confirmed as: Attack! Attack!, Feed The Rhino, Shadows Chasing Ghosts, Babar Luck, Akira The Don and Faceplant (DJ/MC Set). The only remaining slots on the bill still to be announced are the artists appearing on the acoustic and DJ stages.

KERRANG! / MACBETH FOOTWEAR COMPETITION
Would you like a chance to for your band / your favourite band to play this year’s Slam Dunk Festival? Of course you bloody well would! Well now that chance has presented itself in the form of this year’s Kerrang! & Macbeth competiton.
Your band could be opening up the Kerrang! Introduces stage, playing with the likes of Lower Than Atlantis, Basement, Blitz Kids and more! All you have to do is email competitions@slamdunkmusic.com with the name of the band as the SUBJECT and a Myspace/Facebook link in the BODY. No other info is required. In order to qualify the band can not have been featured in Kerrang! Magazine or played Slam Dunk Festival before. Feeling lucky?…Closing date is 1pm on Friday 13th May.
The five bands with the most votes will go on to be judged by a panel consisting of Kerrang! top guns, Macbeth head honcho, Mr. Tom DeLonge himself, You Me At Six’s Josh Franceschi, and Slam Dunk’s Ben Ray. The winner of this will play this year’s fest! Easy, right?
So go and get voting for your favourite band, or submit your own band and get all your fans to vote for a chance to win.

SLAM DUNK OFFICIAL T-SHIRT COMPETITION
To all those budding graphic designers and fashionista’s out there!
We have THE competition for you. This year, in conjunction with Merch For Life, we are handing over the duties of designing one of the official Slam Dunk Festival 2011 T-Shirts to you, the public!
To be in with a chance of winning email your design to competitions@slamdunkmusic.com, clearly stating T-SHIRT COMPETITION as the subject. Include your design and contact info in the body of the email. Closing date for entries is Monday 9th May. The finalists will have their designs displayed on our Facebook page and will under-go a public vote to decide the winner!
All finalists will receive free tickets to this year’s Festival and the winner will have their shirt go into production to be on sale at the Festival!
