Ulver commit what I consider a huge sin on ‘February MMX’, in that there is such a lack of creativity and originality on this song that it is a pretty boring four minutes in total.

February MMX’ is in no means offensive to the ears but it doesn’t have the vitality that is required for a modern day audience. The structure is confused as it feel as though the band is attempting to play with changes of tempo in a dynamic way but instead it just sounds like the same section over and over again. Not a band to write off but nonetheless, ‘February MMX’ is a very disappointing track.
