The Holloways will play one of their final EVER dates alongside their idols Chas ‘n’ Dave on 18 April at London’s IndigO2.
It’s announced today that London four-piece The Holloways will join ‘Rockney’ duo Chas ‘n’ Dave at London’s IndigO2 in one of the last London dates on the duo’s final farewell tour, and also marking one of the final times that the The Holloways will perform together.
Taking their name from the North London district, The Holloways gained a cult following on the indie-music scene releasing two albums, ‘So This Is Great Britain’ and ‘No Smoke, No Mirrors’, and released hit singles Generator, Two Left Feet and Dancefloor to name a few.
After forming back in 2004, The Holloways will now join Chas ‘n’ Dave on stage at the IndigO2 marking monumental milestones in both acts’ careers, as they pick up their guitars and perform to fans for one of the final times.
Lead singer Alfie Jackson commented: “This is going to be an incredible night and we can’t wait to play alongside Chas ‘n’ Dave at the IndigO2 in one of their final performances. They influenced us so much as a band. It’s an extra special moment, because after these last few dates in London, we’ve decided to call it a day and leave on a high.”
Jan Chadwick, General Manager of Indig02, added: “We’ve got two great acts under one roof for the final time – what an amazing night. The crowd is in for a treat.”
