Plan B, Eliza Doolittle, Katy B, Devlin announced for Music Unlimited show

| On 29, Mar 2011

‘Music Unlimited’, a cloud-based digital music service from Sony, will host an exclusive live music event in London. The event will take place on Thursday March 31st at the iconic Camden Proud Galleries and feature performances from BRIT Award winner Plan B, alongside Eliza Doolittle, Katy B and Devlin – three of the most highly-acclaimed, home-grown artists of the moment.

After celebrating an exceptional year, including winning the BRIT Award for ‘Best Solo Male’ and landing a Number 1 with his album “The Defamation of Strickland Banks”, Plan B will headline this unique and intimate event. Joining him on stage will be platinum selling artist Eliza Doolittle, whose eponymous debut album was released last year to huge critical acclaim, as well as Katy B who shot to fame with single “Katy on a Mission” produced by Benga. Completing the bill will be Dagenham grime star Devlin, who’s recent single “Runaway” announced him as a UK talent to look out for.

‘Music Unlimited’ gives users the music they want, when they want it. It offers instant streaming access to a catalogue of over 7 million songs on any PC or laptop, as well as a variety of Sony devices, including Sony’s network-enabled BRAVIA® TVs, Blu-Ray Disc™ players, Blu-Ray Disc Home Theatre systems, as well as PlayStation®3 and VAIO® laptops. It will also become available on a wider range of Sony’s portable devices, as well as on Android-based mobile devices and other portable devices. ‘Music Unlimited’ represents the next step in the digital music experience, providing consumers with the ability to upload their own personal library for access any time, anywhere, meaning you can dance to David Guetta in your living room through your TV or sing along to the Rolling Stones as you surf the net on your laptop. As well as enjoying old classics, you’ll also be able to discover new favourites with recommendations based on your unique listening habits, as well as having the ability to search for music by Era, Genre and even the Mood you are in.
