South Central – The Day I Die
aaamusic | On 14, Mar 2011
As propulsive, in your face, hold on tight dance tracks go, South Central have just added an actually pretty awesome one to their arsenal, it takes flight in all the right places, it slows down in all the right places, and at some point in the near future it’s going to be the moment of the night in some happening club that I would know nothing about. However, as actual songs go, it’s weak. Maybe I’m asking too much, and it’s not meant to be compared to songs with a verse (And a Point?) but still, listen to this at any point other than off ones tits at four A.M somewhere with a bunch of amorous members of whatever gender one prefers and you will be sorely disappointed by it’s repetitive structure and derivative vocals.
