‘Godless Girl’ is the new single from Sheffield Indie band ‘The Crookes’. Inspired by a 1970s American news photograph, depicting a “toothless and bejewelled” woman who had earned the name “The Godless Girl” due to the apparent crimes she had committed. ‘The Crookes’ take this story forming a catchy Indie Pop narrative, sharing a similar sound to that of the ‘Kings of Leon’

A charming track, which strongly marks the soon arrival of the band’s new album ‘Chasing After Ghosts’ out on the 28^th of March.
