Dominique Young Unique returns in 2011, hitting SXSW head-on with a series of shows and a brand new mixtape recorded in her home studio in Tampa, Florida. Glamorous Touch is released on a custom Dominique Young Unique lipstick shaped MP3 player.
Winning fans with tracks ‘Show My Ass’ and confidently brandishing ‘The World Is Mine’, all the swagger and floor-ready beats that littered her ‘Domination’ mixtape last year, Dominique spent most of 2010 playing the hell out of dancefloors with choice support slots for Dirty Projectors, Gucci Mane, Doug E Fresh, Major Laser, Cool Kids, Big Freedia, Delorean and Cocknbullkid.
Dominique is now ready to do it all over again with Glamorous Touch, opening with ‘My Turnings’ featuring vocals from Diamond Rings, the mixtape also features Dominique’s sister Jasmine, stepping in to exercise some family-vocal support for her older sibling.
