Young Man aka Colin Caulfield has finally released his debut UK single Up So Fast after already making a name for himself by posting a selection of engaging covers on YouTube.

Up So Fast is the first single to be taken from Caulfield’s EP Boy. The song has an ethereal sound that is achieved through the layered vocals and repetitive instrumentation. The track takes a notably a similar approach to the bands that Caulfield has covered, however, the song manages to retain its own unique edge. The beautiful track is given further substance with its whimsical and childlike charm. It is impossible not to be absorbed in the atmospheric, spacey sound that swathes you in a dream-like state for the entire duration of the track and beyond.

Up So Fast is an excellent release that marks Young Man as an extremely exciting prospect for the future.
