Retro/Grade Announce ‘Reset’ Single Released March 20th

Tom and Serge have created a scorching disco track in ‘Reset’ thats a hypnotic rush with it’s nagging synths, which only get higher and higher as Sakura’s seductive vocal kicks in……This is touch-the-sky genius. It sounds like the perfect party in space, illuminating the night with its blinding, dizzying majesty, a track that is the sound of 2011 and beyond. Epic synths and crunching drums make this a sparkling, audacious and perfectly formed track that sets Retro/Grade out as one of the most exciting bands likely to break out this year.
Debuted by Retro/Grade on the first Radio 1 Essential Mix of 2011, the track has since been picked up by every specialist dance DJ in Britain. The single follows the release of ‘Escape Sequence’ late last year, a track that saw gushing praise in NME and Mixmag, as well as plays on Radio 1 byPete Tong, Annie Mac and Zane Lowe. On their Essential Mix, Tom and Serge thrilled listeners with a blistering set – a joyride through their musical tastes.
The band supported Groove Armada and Goldfrapp on their recent tours and later this year they’ll be appearing at festivals across the globe. The band is confirmed to appear on Radio 1’s In New Music We Trust (INMWT) Live event on 28th January as one of their tips for 2011.
