Art Vs Science Announce London Dates

| On 25, Jan 2011

It’s easy to tell why crowds love this band. Their music is laced with happiness: it’s addictive, plus their live shows involve inflatable penguins – Rolling Stone

In their native Australia, Sydney’s ART vs SCIENCE have crammed the kind of heady ascent experienced by the luckiest of bands into a timeline that belies their few short years. With two Gold-selling EPs and several ARIA nominations under their belt, the three-piece have built a massive following on the basis of two simple abiding principles: 1) Loud dance music played 100% live.  2) Absolute, unrelenting fun.

In doing so they’ve become a live powerhouse; selling out shows, ascending to festival favourites the nation over, and regularly arresting the eyes and ears of all who witness their peculiar brand of madness. Or as one international headliner recently squeezed: “how am I supposed to follow that?”

At the end of last year they gained radio support from John Kennedy and Eddy Temple Morris at XFM along with Kissy Sell Out at Radio 1 who loved the band so much he released their debut UK single on his own label. With their debut album set for a February release over in Australia, they are planning to take the UK by storm with a string of London dates which are sure to earn this exciting band an army of new fans:
