Atlanta’s Balkans have hit The Hype Machine’s Top 20 Artists  – http://hypem.com/#!/popular/artists – after leaking forthcoming single ‘Edita V’ as a free download plus premiering the video to the single’s b-side ‘Cave’ on the My Old Kentucky blog.

Balkans have toured their delicious fuzz and drone filled music on tours with the likes of Times New Viking, Atlas Sound, (the late and great) Jay Reatard and Black Lips.

On 10^th May they release their self-titled album, preceded by the single ‘Edita V’ which gets an official release as a single on 4^thApril.
