Camden Crawl have announced details of Facebook Bingo this afternoon – a brand new promotion for 2011 giving fans of the festival the opportunity to win some exclusive prizes in the run up to this year’s event.

The premise of Camden Crawl’s Facebook Bingo is simple… its an online treasure hunt for players to collect a series of 9 bingo image squares from the Facebook photo galleries of 2011 Crawl Curators and Fringe programmers over a 9 week period to complete the bespoke CC2011 game card.

The first 5 persons to complete their game card and claim Facebingo will win tickets to the Crawl; with one lucky winner being awarded the penultimate VIP Prize.

The game will launch on Wednesday 19th of January with the first clue to the whereabouts of the first image square gamepiece. A new clue will then be announced each subsequent Wednesday until all game pieces have been released. Clues will release via the news pages of the Camden Crawl website (www.thecamdencrawl.com), Twitter (www.twitter.com/thecamdencrawl) and via the exclusive content tab on their Facebook page (www.facebook.com/thecamdencrawl). Clues will remain listed on this page and image squares will remain available from the time released until end of the game. This means anyone can join in at any time.

The Gaymers Camden Crawll, scheduled to take place Saturday 30th April and Sunday 1st May, will celebrate its 10th edition over the first 2011 May Bank Holiday Weekend. The first stage of the festival’s daytime fringe programme of cutting edge arts and music are being announced this week. Evening line ups will be announced at the end of January 2011.
