Coldplay will be headlining the Optimus Alive Festival and BBK Festival it has been announced.

The band willl headline the Optimus Alive Festival in Oeiras, Portugal on July 6 and the BBK Festival in Bilbao on July 7.

Coldplay are currently working on the follow-up to 2008’s ‘Viva La Vida And Death And All His Friends’, which as yet has no confirmed release date.

Tickets for the festival are on sale.
