‘Brian’s Drying Up’ is the debut single from the Essex born singer songwriter Francis Neve. Taken from the critically acclaimed album ‘The Second Time We First Met’, ‘Brian’s Drying Up’ is a downbeat account of the trials and temptations faced at the beginning of a relationship. Punctuated by sparse percussion and swelling with delicate instrumentation, (almost all played by Francis himself), Neve’s own brand of introspective emotive lo-fi pop is subtly infectious.
