Hot on the heels of Mencap’s Little Noise Sessions come Pet Shop Boys with support from The Ting Tings who mark the return of Mencap’s Big Noise Session on December 8th at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo. Pet Shop Boys
are undoubtedly one of the most popular bands in the world. The pop-dance pioneers have sold well over 50 million records worldwide and have a raft of awards, including three BRIT Awards. Since 1986 they have achieved 22 Top 10 hits in the UK Singles Chart, including four Number Ones: ‘West End Girls’, ‘It’s a Sin’, ‘Always on My Mind’ and ‘Heart’.

After shifting more than 2 million copies of their debut album ‘We Started Nothing’, The Ting Tings have dominated the UK charts and the airwaves with the likes of ‘That’s Not My Name’ and ‘Great DJ’. Now their raucous sound is set to rock the HMV Hammersmith Apollo on December 8th for Mencap’s Big Noise Session.

Ting Ting’s said: “We were very proud to be part of this great cause and we played the Mencap Little Noise chapel show in 2008. This time we get to be a part of it again playing the Big Noise Session with the Pet Shop Boys, one of our most loved bands“.

This is a gig not to be missed and will end another spectacular year for the Sessions.
