“A Freak A” is the title track of Josephine’s highly anticipated second Ep out November 29th. It is lyrically intelligent and packs in its fair share of angst; furthermore, there is no doubt that Josephine has an astounding voice. However, the track’s subtleties sometimes fade away and make the track seem as though it lacks ambition. In spite of this, for her voice alone Josephine is certainly one to look out for in 2011 and one can only hope that her new material can allow her voice to shine brighter than it does here.
