Kid Adrift release their new single ‘A4 in Ecstasy’ on Island Records. Inspired by Aphex Twin and Pretty Hate Machine era Nine Inch Nails, its processed beats and tough direct sound signals a leap on from the ‘Oxytocin EP’ that was released earlier in the year.

Kid Adrift front man Iain Campbell explains the brutal video for the track “A4 in Ecstasy is a song I initially started writing from my flat in a pretty rough area of Glasgow, so a torn-up Scottish boxing club seemed very fitting for the video.

‘I Can’t Stand’ is taken from Zola Jesus’ acclaimed album Stridulum II, while ‘Poor Animal’ is a brand new song which will also feature on the upcoming US-only EP,Valusia, which features the additional three tracks added to the previous Stridulum US EP release to make the UK-released Stridulum II album.
