Shot through with witty, wonkily related tales of teenage ennui, thwarted romance and wise-beyond-their-years world weariness, Let’s Wrestle traffic in the kind of rambunctious, infectious, gloriously untethered indie rock which calls to mind slacker forefathers such as Pavement, Dinosaur Jr, Built to Spill and even the Buzzcocks and Buddy Holly, sending an instant shot of addictive melody straight into your serotonin while also lodging in your cerebral cortex with Wesley’s pithy way with a lyric.
With their sophomore LP ‘The Monitor’ already being hailed as one of the most exciting and wildly galvanising albums of the year, Titus Andronicus have then proceeded to consolidate their reputation as one of the most compelling live acts around, tearing up the US on an epic string of instores at independent record stores, and also launching into a string of sold out live dates in the UK earlier this summer.
With each band being pretty explosive live, this tour is not to be missed!
