IMOGEN HEAP’S FIRST IPHONE APP SET TO SPARKLE AT ROYAL ALBERT HALL SHOW

After being told that indoor fireworks weren’t a possibility in the Grade II listed Royal Albert Hall in London, Imogen Heap has once again turned to her fans for a solution. Budding iPhone developer Simon Gibbs, who runs an Imogen fan site called ‘Cover Me In Ink’ offered to create an iPhone application which would mimic a Guy Fawkes night ‘sparkler’, enabling everyone at Imogen’s show with an iPhone or iPod Touch to take part in the celebrations inside the venue.

It is hoped that hundreds of fans will download the free app, which has a choice of 12 coloured sparklers as well as a hidden multi-coloured option, creating a sea of sparkles during Imogen’s largest ever hometown show, which takes places on November 5th – Guy Fawkes night in the UK. IH Sparkler
