From the dark backrooms emerged two lone gunslingers… deciding to join forces, the powerhouse duo DPPLGNGRS was formed. This unholy alliance of CRAIG FURY and TOBIAS DOPPELGANGER have set forth to set fire to dancefloors, armed with colossal beats and butt-shaking bass.

Quickly gathering fans and momentum with their electric DJ sets and live shows, and their dancefloor-rocking remixes for the likes of Streetlife DJs, Losers, Bearcraft, Punx Soundcheck, Lo Fi Beats, and Crystal Fighters, DPPLGNGRS present GUNSLINGER: their debut EP for Hottwerk Records. 

The EP opens with title track “Gunslinger”, a peak-time twisted house epic. Next up in the chamber is “Spoons” – an off-kilter jacking technoid bleepfest. Finishing proceedings is “Musicboxx”, an infectious slice of afro-funk with a hook that could make a corpse get up and move it’s ass….

DPPLGNGRS debut album “Black Market Heart Surgery” is due for release in April 2011.
